Jennie Stone

Diane Sage

Stephanie Stevenson

Louise Farley

Between them, our nurses run Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, travel, dressings, baby immunisation and of course, seasonal flu clinic. The full range of specialist clinics run by our nurses and doctors is listed on the clinics page of this website.

Practice Staff

Practice Manager

Our manager, Emma Alderman, handles our administration, service planning, policies and procedures, supported by Louise Curran, Assistant Practice Manager.

Surgery Team Leaders

Debbie Rickards and Lyn Elderfield manage our team of receptionists and organise all the day to day functions of the surgery.

Our team of receptionists will be happy to register you and your family, assist you in making appointments with any of the clinical team, deal with repeat prescriptions and answer as many of your questions as possible. They do a difficult job very well. Please remember that if you do need to be kept waiting or seem to be asked one or two irritating questions, they are only carrying out our instructions to them to help the practice run smoothly. They try to keep both the patients and the doctors happy. This is not easy - please be patient!

District Nurses

Patients who are confined to their homes and who need nursing assistance may arrange with their doctors for a community nurse to call. The hospital will normally arrange for a nurse to call on patients discharged early and who still require nursing treatment at home.

Health Visitors

Our health visitors can give advice on health care, particularly for expectant mothers and small children. If you have a problem affecting your health they can put you in touch with sources of help. To contact them phone 01784 883638 or 883636.

We are fortunate to have medical students attached to our practice for short periods. If you do not wish to have the student present during your consultation, please inform the reception staff prior to seeing the doctor.
